At Vertual Hands, we strive to deliver high-quality, government-compliant passport and visa photos. Our services include both one-time downloads and subscription plans (Gold and Diamond).
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund or a free re-process of your photo under the following conditions:
- Rejection by Authorities: If your photo is rejected by a government agency (e.g., passport office, visa consulate) due to technical compliance issues originating from our software.
- Technical Errors: If you paid for a service but received a corrupted file or were unable to access the premium features due to a technical error on our website.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
3. Subscription Refunds
For our subscription plans (Gold Plan at ₹365/year and Diamond Plan at ₹1000/year):
- 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not downloaded more than 5 high-resolution images.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the remaining duration of a subscription after the 7-day window.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- User Error: If the original photo you uploaded was of poor quality (e.g., blurry, dark, major shadows on face) and our AI was unable to fix it despite our guidelines.
- Incorrect Selection: If you selected the wrong country or document type during the process.
- Change of Mind: For one-time downloads, products are delivered immediately, and refunds are not available if you simply change your mind.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order ID and receipt.
- If claiming rejection, please attach proof of rejection from the authority.
6. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Wallet).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
