Vertual Hands provides AI-powered image processing services to convert regular photos into compliant passport/visa photos. We offer both one-time services and subscription-based plans.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
Our services are available under three distinct tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.
Plan Details
- Free Plan: No cost. Includes 30 processed images per month. Images may contain watermarks or feature limitations as described on the pricing page.
- Gold Plan (₹365/year): Subscription fee of ₹365 billed annually. Includes 600 processed images per month. Features include high-resolution downloads and priority support.
- Diamond Plan (₹1000/year): Subscription fee of ₹1000 billed annually. Includes Unlimited processed images. Features include premium background removal, all templates, and dedicated account manager support for commercial use.
Billing Terms
- One-time Payments: For single downloads, payment is due immediately at the time of purchase.
- Recurring Billing: Subscription plans (Gold & Diamond) are billed in advance on a yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
- Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers or USD for international customers.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Vertual Hands provides purely digital services. Upon successful payment for a one-time download or subscription:
- Digital Delivery: Processed photos are made available for download instantly on the website.
- No Physical Shipping: We do not print or ship physical copies of photos. All products are delivered electronically over the internet.
- Account Access: Subscription benefits are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation, and you will receive a confirmation email with your account details.
5. Cancellation and Renewal
- You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings page.
- Cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload contents that violate any law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute viruses or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Intellectual Property

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vertual Hands and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
